Social Club privacy notice

What we collect

When you join the Social Club we collect your name, email address, date of birth, your acceptance of the Social Club terms (with the date and terms version), and whether you would like Carrick news and offers. We also record when your member QR code is issued or used.

Why we collect it

We use this information to confirm you are 18 or over, run your membership, issue your member QR code, apply your benefit at Carrick venues, and contact you about your membership. We only send news and offers if you choose to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who handles it

Your membership details are held in Carrick's customer system (Commerce7) and the Carrick member hub. We use trusted service providers to verify your email address (Clerk), send membership emails (Resend) and host the member hub (Vercel). Some of these providers store information outside New Zealand. We do not sell your information.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Ask Carrick staff at any Carrick venue, or email contact@carrick.co.nz.
